C++ max effect limit

Hello. I added effect to my 8.60 client and 0.4 tfs and added source edit in const.h and tools.cpp. Now when I write
/z 80 then I see that it exist (I don't see any bug) but I don't see the effect. When I added it to spell then when I was using a spell then it only sends a textmessage but no effects there.

Hello how u extend limit in 8.6 client. I gets all time debugs. Can u share the clean client without dat and spr files?
