Linux Max Hit Chance - Hit Randomizing - Source edit

Hello all! How can i edit not in Vocations.xml but in Source 0.3.6

1.Hit randomization - I mean i want have hits more closer not like 1st hit = 500 second 2nd hit 10.000 3nd hit 500 4nd hit 15.000. I want to have hits like 10k-10k-9k-8k-10k....

I search whole google/otland/other forums and I can't find it. Add maxHitchance 100 , hitchance 100 wont help!
