medal after you get 10 ppl

ok im thinking in this.
you are pking and you get your 10th person killed you get a medal: Killer medal. given to "wafuboe" for kill 10 people blah blah.
broadcast: you obtained x medal

and if you kill 10th person with a white skull,red skull,black skull: Heroic medal givento to "wafuboe" for killing 10 pkers blah blah.
Broadcast you obtained x medal

(if instantly getting the medal then a nice effect)
