I'm looking for a team to make an OT "MedevhOT"
I'd like it to be high rates (We will talk about the rates, all together)
Team should be :

Mapper(2/2)
Programmer(0/1), Items / Events
Scripter(0/2), For Monsters / Quests / Spells
Suggester(0/2), Got some ideas for Quests/Spells/Monsters
Web Designer(0/1),If available

Note that :
You can choose either having Salary every (week/month) or getting % of the donation ins
Suggesters might be one of the staff members
I'm paying for Mappers/Scripters/Programmers/Web Designers
