not bad, but dont like the servername font, header image and the sidebars textures, btw looks copied wannabe idea from another layout. :)
 
Those eyes.. keep the bottem of them and make them rocks and have the tibian knight and mage sitting down on them. then it will look awesome.
 
Did you make the frame which is used for the content in the middle?
If not I feel sad that your taking credits for images someone else have made.

My friend made the frame outside the content, and he said i could use them for anything..
