Min DMG doesn't work

When i set the mindmg and the madmg equals they keep changing, and before when i did this the hit was stable

exemple: setCombatFormula(combat, COMBAT_FORMULA_LEVELMAGIC, -1.0, 0, -1.0, 0)

same for monsters with min and max damages.... its rlly annoying
