Minimum damage formula

Where in the source is the formula for minimum damage for melee/distance? Currently it's probably 0 somewhere, but I'd like to find it to change it, thus achieving a more "balanced" damage with a lower range between minimum and maximum damage when using melee or distance weaponsb.

spell damage,melee damage? u need to be more specific...also u can edit spell damage in ur spell lua files
