It could be accessed either through boat or train a.k.a "Roller Coaster".

and how can this island be acessed by Train (a.k.a Rollercoaster)? lol. Its surrounded by lava, and there is also no mining tracks on the island.
 
Actually, I said "Dragon lord hunting ground", Im not here to fix your problems going to it, but I mentioned suggestions.
 
your playing an effin game with DRAGONS and ELFS and MAGIC WANDS.....

your telling me you cant imagin how a boat can be made to work in lava? perhaps theres a MAGIC EFFIN FORCEFIELD AROUND IT SKIPPY.
