Solved [Modern AAC] Adding page (tab) to admin panel

I want to add some functions their but I can't really find where to do so.
How can I add a page to the admin panel in Modern AAC?

I got that far but how can I make:
/index.php/admin/test
work as a valid link like the other links in there.
What/where to change it then?

I want to add a page with some stuff to the admin panel, I know how to add the link I just don't know how to add the page so it also loades when I go to /admin/page.
