i cant install modern aac why, it says that it cant connect to db :S do i need to close my server when im doing this or what?

ok znote is off now, so im asking for some info until he comes online.

1. should i fix something before i do the installation for getting it work?
(i just imported the files to my server and then tried to install it directly)

should i for example change something that has to do with db name , pw in config.php or something?
