people cant access my website with my ip and my port 80 is open along with 7171 and 7172

they are able to login to server but cant access website any suggestions

Do you mean with "cant access my website" that people can't see your webpage? Or that people can't login?
What domain name are you using? No-ip? Make sure you have the right settings in no ip.
Make sure you use the ip from IP Chicken - Whats my IP address? ip address lookup for your no-ip account.
Try if people can see your site by just using the ip from ip chicken, if they are able to see it with your ip, then you can be sure it has something to do with the "ip hiding" service.
