Modern AAC "servername.png"

Hello everyone. I need some help. I'm trying to change the website title "servername" to "VendettaOT.
I have edited the Servername.psd file with Adobe photoshop, but I have had no success. It just won't change. Here are some pictures.

I actually meant Cache But no probs. Website fixes when changing files are usually just the cache!

Do you by chance know why that adminpanel isnt working? I'm on modern acc, I have my page_access set at 5 (just like config.php)

I use Znote, so I don't have a clue, sorry

Don't use modern aac, its outdated and not dev. anymore. Go with either Znote if you are good at programming or gesior 2012 if you wanna download alot of things.
Modern aac is safe I guess? But still as I said not dev. anymore, so its just a waste of time to use it.
