[Modern AAC] Shop Offer System Error I rep++

Hello, I am working on my website and I recently add a shop offer, shop admin etc. to my website, but i have an issue, when i try to add some shop offer (item, pacc, etc...) i cant add it, stays in blank, and i see the database z_shop_offer and stills in blank please some help i will rep+

If your using IPACC, then I think you should go to your phpmyadmin and add the items manually to your database (z_shop_offer), because the code is bugged... Or you could try to fix the code which adds them to the database.
