Note:
For the Template fuction 100%

Change those things on your site:
In config.php:
Modify this:

$config['layout'] = "modern";

For:

$config['layout'] = "world";

And Modify this in UItheme:

$config['UItheme'] = "../../templates/world/jquery/jquery-ui-1.8.4.custom.css";

And ended template up working 100%.

OBS: Include file .PSD for modify the banner!

Updated:

added new links on the new version of the modern menu.
added server status.
