Linux Modern AAC

Just wondering how I can install Modern in Linux?
I'll need xampp right?
How do I install xampp?

Just a few questions I need

they allow you to download it.

You dont need Xampp on linux just do

sudo apt-get install lighttpd php5-cgi
sudo lighty-enable-mod fastcgi
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin

i did all that, yet when i go to my website it comes with

i try
localhost/install.php then

404 Not Found
