Modern Acc does not work with js?

Hello guys, okay? I am facing a problem with the Modern ACC! I'm applying a function to "scroll header" with use of headroom.js, but the Modern ACC is blocking the use of it, the script is configured standard .. but does not work! I do not know what I'm doing wrong, but the facebook scripts and responsiveslides are functioning normally. I tested the files in a normal HTML page, and is normal .. but still refuses Modern script. Anyone know how I can solve?
