Solved Modern ACC don't create a character! [HELP]

Hi!
I'm working with Modern Acc, and everything was working well. Least one thing, I can't create a new the character.
I'm really frustated... because I can't create any character from the page. There are sometimes that I can't create account... It was still loading, loading, loading and didn't work..... Why?

EDIT: The problem was that I eliminate the Sample Characters from DB, I'm referring the players Sample Druid, Sample Knight, etc.

How did you add samples?!
i get this error : #1054 - Unknown column 'world_id' in 'field list'

while useing this code
