Modern acc main page not reloading (strange)

Hello i have very strange issue about modern first page index.php he is no reloading not chaging uptime status players online status i cant edit add new links i cant do anything with first index.php page but other pages working good cant understand why this happening please support to me... if its in deed i will show some files wich will be required to show for you, Thanks.

You can't edit index.php? Why would you want to edit it anyway? It's mostly for routing,or do you mean index.tpl for templates? Maybe you are editing the wrong template.
