Modern ACC shop viewing with or without login

Is there anyone out there that knows how to make the modern account shop viewable even if you arent logged into your account? I've gotten a few messages asking me why they cant see the shop and I have to tell them to log in. I'd much rather it you can view it either way.

Hopefully someone can help me out, if you want to see what I'm talking about goto Limitless RPG - Powered by Dedicated Hosting. and click shop offer, it wont take you to it unless your logged in.

Well I would assume by removing the check to see if they're logged.

In the template:
{if $logged == 1}

In the Shop System PHP file
if ($_SESSION['logged'] == 1)
