Where is outfits???
i've outfiter in /public

I cannot see the outfitter.php or the outfits folder in /public/.

Extract the .rar file and put it in the "public" folder.

Because you're doing it wrong.

Re-download the outfitter.rar, extract it in /public.

In /public it should now exist a file named outfitter.php and a folder named outfits with two folders inside (outfit & template).

Try putting the template folder directly into the public folder.

Extract the .RAR in your public folder. Simple as that.
