Modern ACC | Vocation + Race [Help]

Hello OTland members,
we are going to do a server with 2 races, Good / Bad
Also its like
1.Good Sorc
2.Good Druid
3.Good Paly
4.Good Knight
5.Bad Sorc
6.Bad Druid
7.Bad Paly
8.Bad Knight

And now when creating character we want it like that

First you have to choose Race Good or Bad
if you choose Good it will appear the Vocations for Good and the City for good.
And the same with Bad....

Ill offer a GameMaster position for helping
