Modern ACC: When creating account, no redirect

Hey guys, I just reset my players database, what I mean is I went through and removed all the accounts, players, items, etc.. I left the website the same, then started everything back up, now I am have a problem on the website when creating an account. When the players fill in the info, and click create account, it creates the account but doesnt redirect them to the account page with their character after.. leaving them thinking that the account wasnt created.

If anyone has done a reset on their server and had the same problem, and you fixed it; please let me know how you did it!

Like I stated, it was working before.. it has the permissions. How would I go about setting it to re-install the website with install/install.php, maybe since I deleted things out of the database I have to re-set it type deal. :\ Really weird.
