You can combine items, globalevents, creaturescripts, movements, actions, monsters(I think), and I'm not sure about NPCs ;p

Mostly all can be included in mods, except NPCs. For monsters you also need separated xml file. So to be clear: no, you cant include them all in 1 mod file.

@monsters can be made like this: [forgottenserver] Contents of /tags/0.3.6pl1/mods/custommonsters.xml
