TFS 1.X+ modules.cpp e modules.h

Does anyone know if modules.cpp and modules.h files exist for TFS 1.5? I've looked specifically for TFS 1.5 and haven't found it. We only found it on the larger OTX servers. I would like to add them to my source! Please thank you.

I believe your are talking about the packet handler?
in tfs 1.5 we handle them in Lua:
