Monster above teleport problem

Hi im using the forgotten server 0.2.11pl2 9.1 and when i use RME for monster teleports i put a rotworm on top of the teleport so people see what they are going in to but when i login and look its not there. I found this hard to google so im very sorry if its obvious i kept searching "monster teleport dissapeared" but yea if someone could help me out ex:

The monsters shouldn't be in pz, and from what I can see they aren't. Normaly it should work like that, so maybe something went wrong in the spawn.xml. Do you get any errors? and did you already tried to readd the monster?

@Limos I tried not having it in pz, i tried rox666 method, i even put pvp zone lol, nope no errors, and yes i tried readding :/
 
And you have no problems if you add monsters on other places? Also be sure you don't have more spawn zones on top of eachother and that the place where the monsters spawn is walkable, this can also make a monster not spawn.
 
Walkable? look at my picture is that the problem? its just one block closed off, and also i noticed that if i /a 2 into the wall next to where the monster would be and i try to summon it it says its not possible as if there was a wall there

It's kinda hard to see on the picture, because you viewed almost all options, try to only use show pathing and turn the rest off and look if the place where the monsters spawn is red.
 
I ment turn everything off, also show spawns etc. But its a bit more clear like this, the tiles around the walls are obviously more red. Btw, what happens if you add a monster for example on the grass? Because I think it doesn't have something to do with the teleport location. Or do you maybe have other kind of zones on that place?

Also, look in the spawn.xml file if the monsters are added.

like that on the grass? ill restart the server right now to see. and what do you mean other kind of zones?
also i checked why the tiles under the walls were red but i just remove the wall and its gone but as soon as i place it again it turns red

yes the rotworm appeared in the grass yet the ones on the tiles no. let me check spawn.xml

no they arent in the spawn but the rotworm i just put on the grass is wtf..

And you are sure there are no other kinds of zones on that place? (you can see them with show special). And else try to move the tp room a bit to the north, try if you can add monsters in the tp room (on a random place) or try to make another tp part on the grass and add a monster there and see what it does.
 
SOLVED
i just changed the tile they were on, the only thing i can think of is that tile is used for teleportation too so...
