Monster and Command help

I have 2 problems I am hoping to knock out with one post here.

First. Training monks. What do I do to make the monk sit still? he leaves his spot to attack the player. If i put a PZ zpot in front of it then the player cant attack it.

Second. My 9.61 mystic spirit doesn't let gods or game masters move objects from a distance like my 8.60 could. How can I change that? Someone told me it was the flags but I dont know where to check flags.

You can add pz on every place except from the place the player stands and the place from the training monks. Like this the training monk shoudn't leave their spot when players are standing in pz.

Didn't there used to be like an action id or something you could enter in to the tile properties? Monster tile and player tile?
