Monster attacks a monster

Im not sure if this is possible or not but if it is I would like it if somebody told me how to do it. Im trying to figure out how to get a script to summon a rat on xyz and make it attack another rat plus players. I have the script to summon them but is there any way to make them target eachother or if i could get it to target monster on xyz xyz xyz first then players or something like this

you can do custom rat with

<flag canpushcreatures="1" />

and then Summon him

wouldnt that 1 hit kill the rat though? and im just using rat as an example i want it to target the rat and attack it till its dead not instant kill then target players
