Monster dies and appears teleport

Helo everyone!

I need a script that when I kill Kraknaknork, a teleport appears at 31961,32163,10 and desappear a while after.

How can I do it the simplest way?

The TP teleports the player to 31963,32164,11

To is where the tp goes to and tp is where the tp gets created.
