Monster Dont drop loot! Help !

Monsters Dosent drop loot, IT all worked suddenly IT fucked up, i tryed to serach for solvetion But cant find anyone herr can Help me? People saying its in monster.cpp But i cant find the file, anyone know where its located? Im using 0.4 complied and My server is Stating tommorw 18:00 swedish time so i need to fix IT before!

And i Dont get any errors in console

if it worked and then it stopped you obviously had to fuck it up with a script or removed the loot in the monster xml

Just noticed It dosent drop loot if the monster was killed my a tutor/senior tutor/gm/cm/god only players, how do i enable it for tutor and senior tutor??
