Maybe TibiaBot NG doesn't, but ElfBot does..

if u dont know how to confi it perhaps it will attack players adn since bot=noob this kind of shits happens =l let bots get kill and if u dont want to attack player while ur not botting there is a little hand under the follow button it will say "turn off the ---- if you really want to attack this player"
so or ur toooo noob to just never used the pk look or you must be retard D:
