Monster spawn when player is near

Hello, i have problem with monster spawn. I create boss rooms and when player enter the room and kill the boss he can wait 5 minutes and boss will spawn again when player is in this room. Have you idea why?

you can make a script that will kick player after killing the boss and make an exhaust so he can't re-enter same arena in for example 5 minutes

you can make a script that will kick player after killing the boss and make an exhaust so he can't re-enter same arena in for example 5 minutes

and to remove the monster from room before teleport the player, then create a boss. Don't use spawns to instances...
