Monsters attack speed

How to change attack speed on every monster with one script is it possible?
cuz we can change player attack speed in data/vocation and its working but how to change monsters speed? help me plx..

If you want change "attack/mele speed" edit this:

<attack name="melee" interval="2000" skill="12" attack="12"/> -- 2000 = 2 seconds
