TFS 1.X+ Monsters can use players spell?

Is it really that easy as it sounds?

Can I make my monsters using my own created spells without any problem?
Or what do I even need to edit to make a spell work for "monsters"

They should work without any issues, I just tried adding Eternal Winter to Amazon without changing anything and it worked.
