How do i change creatures attack speed? for example demons on my server is shooting their gfb 5 times in a second. <- Need help!

You need add "interval". For example:
<attack name="fire" interval="2000" chance="14" range="7" radius="7" target="1" min="-160" max="-350">
<attribute key="shootEffect" value="fire"/>
<attribute key="areaEffect" value="firearea"/>
</attack>

1000 interval is 1 sec.
Also u can use chance (I think u will know how it works).
