C++ monsters movements

Hello guys. In my tfs 1.3 the monsters when player are in other floor dont move 1 sqm and stop 1 sec.
they move around like crazy which can cause overloads and lag.

Can someone help me? I wish to put a movement slowly in this situation, like 1 sqm set, wait 1 sec, more 1 sqm step...
