Most Powerful Countries

You still pay. Welfare doesn't cover 100% of the medical costs associated with procedures or check-ups.

I have some nasty things to say about welfare, mainly because it's abused and taken advantage of by lazy individuals, but I'll avoid that discussion. :p

I think America should have an NHS like us, in my opinion it's one of the best things for a nation since it provides full medical care/cover for the whole country... Even if it does mean a little more in tax it's better in the long run, especially if you or your family would require it someday.

In terms of military power, I would have to say the US wins simply because of the numbers and amount of money that's pumped into it. If it were about training, I would say the British Armed forces are better trained and more disciplined.

Make thread about it, I myself think ill of welfare as well, it has been the cradle of Lazy Dullards that live in the US and here where I live, Migxxx knows it too.

Evan, no one cares about Romney or Obama, they are fuck twats that will most likely fuck up the sinking boat known as the USA. It saddens me that fools would take sides and not unite for a better cause, perhaps another tower needs to fall or another attack needs to initiate on the Pentagon in order to make people united. The failure the US has is that it is divided and everyone is just attacking at each other, Humanity failed when they decided to divide themselves further than what a country already divides(Religions, Ideologies, etc.) .

I told him to 'do go on' because I'm actually quite interested as to see how he tries to justify his allegations.

And don't get me wrong; I'm not against welfare, per-se. I'd be against welfare if it somehow creates a blockage (I like to refer to them as 'patches', preventing the symptoms from showing up while politicians are celebrating "we fixed the issue" when the real problem is still alive and kicking. Kind of like the most retarded, hypocritical and just plain illogical 'war' ever: the drug war.) to fixing real issues, like for instance: economic inequality. Of course there are minorities (you could argue it was due to their poor upbringings or whatever. There are many options to consider.) with no dreams and/or convictions in life, but blaming the whole system is a tad unfair in my opinion.

Well the most powerfull countries are the countries who do not fuck up their country because of financial preferences, but to an equal population of human and animal, to a balance between industry and nature. Why is a country the most powerfull if it has the most part of weapons, money and other shit?
I don't know, but how less nature we people have, how more boring the world is gonna be.

So: AFRICA is the most powerfull country on some places: Hail the Lion King :).
 
Even though I'm Greek and I hate doing anything that is close to a show-off, considering the population of the country which is 11 million people, having around 150.000 ready for war soldiers isn't a bad accomplishment. However, this is mainly because of the Greece-Turkey hatred which is only between the politicians. Citizens have nothing to do with this.

PS: Of course it isn't the most strong/powerful/scary country. Just not a country to completely underestimate/ignore.
