movement script give skill tries/second

Hello.
Anyone can make for me simple movements script.

When i equip an item it gives me 1 skill tries per second.

There is a script on here somewhere, called square trainers... use the script from that and substitute StepOn for OnEquip and And the same for Step Off and DeEquip
