Windows moving server website and database to new host.

I need help guys. I am moving to a more secure and stable host, but i need to move everything there without losing characters from the database or any of their items. HOW DO I DO THIS? Oh and also without losing any of the tables inside the database.

login to phpmyadmin and export your db!

okey login select the db you wanna export then press export
