Moving Slain Forum to Vapus!

Vapus.net will be hosting Slain as of today..the Slain forums will redirect there rather than here for many reasons.

1. Looks much better
2. Better community (less trolls)
3. Vapus otlist is ownage.

6. Change is good

I will appoint a few staff to help me clean up forums at a later date. So I will have a new application thread over there.
