if you want to host 2 servers, so server 1 and a server 2 of same game, you can change the world id on the config .lua of the second to 2 or something, then on the xamp/htdocs there is a php file forgot name, you can add world id on there and change server 2 to w.e name it is and then if players select server 2 or w.e the name is they will make a char for that server.
