[Multiple clients supported] Small temple/church

[Mapped in 10.79] *Can be converted down to versions such as 8.6 etc. No new sprites as far as I can see.

Description:
Very small map of a church covering floors 2-6. None of the movable items have any unique id's so they can currently be moved by players if used as is.
