Multiple Wars

Hi, I'm using Xampys Guild Wars Release for 0.3.6 I was wondering is it possible for a guild to be in more then 1 active war? Some people say it's on otland yet I have searched for hours and have not found it yet others say it is only buyable from Nahruto & Elf?

Any Suggestions?
