Buying Multithreading coder

I want to have my server supporting multithreading.
This would be alot better to have alot more people online
without lagg spikes or any other problems. Anyone
is experienced in making multithreaded? post here or pm
me. Im looking for someone who is serious on it and I will
be paying good!

why would you need multithreading? I really doubt you got more than 30% CPU usage, if you got normally optimized scripts/code. TFS is not CPU hungry if used properly.
