(Notice: I am not against CoD in any ways, but I think I probably made a good choice of getting BF3 after all.)

Stop this war between Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3.

Both games are astonishing and have their own specialties. Buy both and enjoy them both!

I've preferred Modern Warfare, but since Peroxide bought Bf3 I can say I'm not purchasing MW3 anytime soon, but my favorite will always be the halo series, it takes skill unlike COD where you can lay down in a corner and just wait...

Battlefield 3 I'm level 34+? something now I guess, I've always hated battlefield since 1 and 2, 3 however I like.

Especially the MP level Seine Crossing and Operation Metro : c0nqu35t

Mw3 lacks strategy whereas Battlefield 3 you get a team of 4 people all with microphones and they will do damage if they co-operate.

Halo and every other console shooter takes no skill, since they all have built in AIM ASSIST.
Play quake or some other reflex shooter so you can see what a real competitive FPS plays like.

If you only rely on aim assist on any game that has it, you will get rofl stomped.



BF is more for realistic battles and teamwork, whereas cod is more for the casual player who likes creativeness.

That being said, both can have the same aspect.

I just like cod because I like the instant action, where in battlefield I spent a lot of time tracking people down just for them to get shot by someone doing the same thing as me. ( Looking for someone to kill )

They are way different, the great of battlefield is that is so realistic you kinda feel like in a real war... its funny moving all around those maps and do alot of stuff that you can't do in cod, in cod you get addicted to the multiplayer is really fun going all around killing people and getting those awesome kills (like a 360° quick scope spin) so they are really different.
About the campaign in both games well, i haven't played battlefield's but the whole modern warfare story is really cool i just love it and the characters like ghost, soap, and all those they make the campaign mode even better , my point i that they are really different, and you can enjoy both if you have them.
And talking about selling and stuff, cod wins by far so...
