The days that I send email to [email protected] and have not been answered

I spent some time without playing, and when I play my account does not already picked.
so I sent an email to support and see what do not I answered I can do for want my account back.
OBS: i lost a recovery key

Are you sure that you sent an e-mail to: [email protected], with the registered e-mail of your account? If you did then just be patient and wait for your answer. They will reply within 24 hours.
