Windows My computer is freezing everytime I enter my website with my ip or domain!

Hello.
I have to restart my computer everytime Im trying to connect to my website with my ip or domain because my computer is freezing. I can only connect with 127.0.0.1 but not with my ip or domain then it's freezing and I have to restart my computer.. what's the problem? XD
