You map needs a bit more detail, here is a tip which I use to make not good not bad maps, check other peoples map, or even Cipsoft's map, an then based upon their details, ways of putting spawns, etc, create your own map. That's what I did and I had a great server

your maps need more detail, Personally i suggest you use Remeres map editor over the one you are using, it can save you time and effort with its awesome "automagic" auto bordering feature, also your buildings are WAY to big, you dont need to build so enormous, just my opinion
