As for the first one u could make the stroke on the sub a bit smaller and softer so it wouldnt stand out so much from the pic ;]

The first 4/10 the second 5/10 i dont like your way you should add some picture effect it looks like just bring a picture and put your name on and highed the picture quality then post.
you need to train on that.
