The background is somewhat cool, but the layout is nothing to comment on. You just have a logo, some text and a list, no links or anything that separates the content etc. Just a tip, learn coding (x)html.

I would use notepad ++ I am coding in (x)html, css and php and I am using Php Designer 2008. It owns

Looks good, but just a little critic from me. You may want to make something that divide the menu from the main content, or it can be a little confusing
