Lua My forgotten server says i need LUA 5.1.DLL where do i find this?

im trying to get a forgotten server 0.3 up and running but when i click the client it says that i need a lua 5.1.dll

(no idea wat it is and where to get, can someone be kind enough to help me?)

My windows says i got some problem
in lua.5.1.dll the server takes down when the error happened.... every time the server gives me that notice

Error bla bla bla
Send to do not send....
